Child Care Teacher – Early Childhood Education
Pay: $16–$18 per hour (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience is looking for a caring and energetic Child Care Teacher to join our early childhood education team.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to be part of a supportive, professional childcare environment. You'll help children learn through play, develop new skills, build friendships, and feel safe and confident throughout their day.
What You'll Do
- Create a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children
- Lead and support age-appropriate learning and play activities
- Encourage language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
- Guide children through meals, rest time, outdoor play, toileting/diapering, and classroom transitions
- Provide positive guidance and attentive supervision
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and center leadership
- Follow applicable childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in a daycare, preschool, childcare center, or early childhood setting preferred
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus
- Patient, dependable, energetic, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Must meet applicable state childcare licensing requirements
